Memories

It was an untrodden path for me
Which i walked with glee
Without thinking that time would flee
Changing things including me.

Today having walked this path for so long
I'hv realised, everything once dear to me has gone
And all I have is just the memories to take along.

But still I want to cherish everything that comes my way
Keep all the happiness and hush sorrows away
To be left with a bundle of memories of joyful days.
